Yossi, born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a degree in Aviation - Human Factors Engineering. A licensed commercial pilot and lifelong aviation enthusiast, he combines his professional endeavors with a passion for an active lifestyle, including ice hockey, rock climbing, snowboarding, and hiking. While living in Toronto with his family, Yossi became an arborist and successfully owned a tree services and landscaping company. Always eager to grow, he also operated a residential painting and finish carpentry business. Now based in South Florida, Yossi channels his diverse expertise and entrepreneurial spirit into helping property owners navigate the claims process as a public insurance adjuster, providing knowledgeable and dedicated support.

Goldstein, Inc., headquartered in Bay Harbor Islands, Florida, Bruce has developed an impressive portfolio of commercial, residential, and hospitality properties over 40 years. Notable projects include the Sagamore Hotel on South Beach, the Hyatt Pinon Pointe Resort in Sedona, Arizona, and MEi, one of Miami Beach’s most successful ultra-luxury condominiums. His leadership in lifestyle-driven joint ventures, often in collaboration with prestigious partners like Hyatt Corporation, has established him as a visionary in real estate development. Additionally, Bruce co-founded Jaya International Design, a leading ultra-luxury hospitality design firm, further showcasing his expertise in high-value property management and restoration. As a Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Bill not only excelled in the field but also dedicated eight years to educating insurance company adjusters, earning national recognition for his impactful teaching and the success of his students.
